Hey friends,
I hope everyone is doing well. It’s been a while since
I’ve posted, so I thought I would write a few words.
My writing has slowed a bit these past couple of
months. I’m about a thousand words into a new story, but I’ve set it aside for
now. Lately, my focus has been on my mind and body. I’ve always been a huge
proponent of diet and exercise, so that’s where much of my energy has been. I
feel that if your body is fit and your mind is sharp, nothing can stop you. I’ve
been lifting three to four days a week, and I feel pretty good for a 47-year-old
man.
As always, the writing will continue. I
have many projects to complete. If you’re new around here, feel free to check
